TERMS OF USE FOR LOADINGVAULT.COM SERVICE

This Agreement constitutes your agreement with Loadingvault.com for your membership to its download membership (the "Service") with respect to your use of the Service. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service. Loadingvault.com declines all responsibility related to your use of the software and services provided. Loadingvault.com creates, provides, and is developing an interface for exchanging and searching for links in the site sharing. We do not bear responsibility for violation of rights of third parties according to copyright infringement. You are accepting that any possible responsibility for the unfair and illegal use of third parties rights rests on you

By using the services you have also agreed to our privacy statement. We reserve the right to send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the service, or of any LoadingVault.com related products and services. We reserve the right to disclose information about your usage of the Service and demographics in forms that do not reveal your personal identity.
